  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-7 business days for select countries.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order weight.
  • Free shipping promotions may be available for qualifying orders; details will be displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some regions may have restrictions due to local shipping regulations.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or canceled.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking details first.
  • If there are no recent updates or your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
  • BETANOVAS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or strikes.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and its contents and contact us immediately.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Any claims for damaged or incorrect shipments must be made within 7 days of delivery.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
